The office is in Blue Ash behind Bob Summeral Tire Company on the west side of Kenwood Rd. just ½ block north of the Ronald Reagan/Cross County Highway. Please use the East entrance facing Kenwood Road. Take the stairs up to 2nd Floor. Turn right at top of stairs, go through hallway door, and immediately on your left you will see Dr. Davis’ office, Suite B-209.
